“Got this for my 50th birthday. I wanted a BBQ with smoking capabilities and was hesitant to use gas - being a charcoal 'purist'. However, I read the reviews and decided to take a chance and I'm really glad I did! Being gas it heats up quickly and cleaning takes about 20 mins; the assembly passed an hour in the back garden and the Big Easy is sturdy when completed. Seasoning took about 30 mins and the first food cooked was simple burgers, sausages and chicken kebabs - all of which cooked fast and came out succulent, with a nice smoked tinge and colour. The next cook out involved brining a chicken overnight and the taste, texture and 'juicyness' of the bird was perfect! Just be aware that the food cooks quicker - a 2 kilo chicken took an hour to cook, on half heat with the lid down”
