“It took us 4 hours to try and assemble the BBQ. The construction instructions where very confusing and we still have a piece which we can’t find anywhere to fix it! It would have been better if the physical pieces had got numbers on them to correspond with the instruction book. The BBQ minus the piece we couldn’t fix seems to be working well now.”

“Whilst the BBQ rating would be a 5 star I still have not received a reply from Hamilton gas who I bought it off as my BBQ didn’t arrive with the cast iron grill plates to cook food on so I can’t actually use the thing. Still awaiting a response”
