“Product is good quality and good finish. Easy to construct, with relatively clear instructions. However did receive the item with wrong set of screws, which was only evident after getting all the items out of box. They were in last box to be opened. The correct set were supplied within 7 days. Some screws were difficult to get in, c type, I screwed them in and removed before joining parts, they go in easier second time around. I found connecting the hose to the bbq difficult, was advised to soak in hot water but still couldn't push fully on, but no leak. Would be better if this was already attached. There is no reference to where the battery goes in the instructions, undo the push button and there it goes. Was not aware that ignition only works for centre grill, others are lit by flame from centre one, hopefully, not tested yet. I imagine that the hose and the ignition issue occur other bbq as well. Looks good in the end so I would recommend.”

“Great barbecue, well made and a very comprehensive assembly booklet. Didn't realise until I had unpacked it and partially built it that the gas bottle isn't recommended to be kept underneath according to the sticker on the floor section, so the space below is just wasted space. Performance-wise its fantastic and cooks really well and isn't too bad to clean up either. The left hand shelf had a mark on it and must have been done during packaging. Supplier organised a replacement part and duly arrived.....Eventually! Could do a lot worse than this its not cheap (to me anyway) but you do only get what you pay for and this was at the top end of my budget and I'm very happy with it.”

“I found a couple of bits a bit of a pain to assemble but I’m delighted with the product, great quality and finish and works a treat. The shelves in the side are often really flimsy on bbqs but these seem to solid enough to be very usable. All around very happy !”
