“It arrived, beautifully packaged. It was a work of art just to see how it had been packaged. No damage at all. I started by removing items and removing them from their wrappings. All good. The instructions are quite good to follow. Mostly pictorial with some text instruction. Follow the instructions carefully and you won't go wrong. Tip! Get a power screwdriver or you will have sore hands after the assembly. It's worth its weight in gold and speeds things up immeasurably. The hardest physical challenge was to 'push' the hose onto the nozzle. I disassembled the plate valve (with the nozzle for the hose) from its connection to get better access on my workbench. If you try it in situ you run the risk of damage or injury because the valve is not easy to get at and force is required. All fully assembled and looking good. Leak tested and fired up for a test. Corker! It has a silly little cup in a holder under the BBQ to catch drips, but it is at the rear so I will have to swing the BBQ around every now and then to empty it. Still a nice piece of equipment though. Plenty of cardboard packing to dispose of and some polystyrene too.”

“I am overall really pleased with the bbq and I purchased it for a really good price, but the packaging/delivery left a lot to be desired. The bbq took an awfully long time to build (I used the on-line instructions as they were better than the booklet) and spent even longer trying to straighten out parts that had been damaged en route. I made the decision to fix the problems myself as it would have very difficult to repackage and return. Despite all the negatives I am really happy with the bbq.”
