“On arriving, I found that the hose was totally blocked at both ends where it was swaged/crimped onto the copper tubing. I returned it to the firm on 3/10/20 and was informed by e-mail that a replacement was on its way. So far, 19 days later, nothing has arrived. This may be the mail delivery service is to blame and not the firm's fault at all. I have proof of postage when I returned the faulty gas hose assembly.”
