“Even with two experienced DIY men the item was a nightmare to assemble, very fiddley fixings and awkward to work on!! The regulator hose is too short making it difficult to attach to the gas bottle.”

Thank you for your feedback Alan, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that you had issues putting your BBQ together and that you felt the hose was not long enough. The hose is sent from the manufacturer with the BBQ however longer lengths of hose can be purchased separately.

“Was a little difficult to assemble, but with the help of a neighbour, all is now good. We love it, easy to clean a great barbecue. Had great difficulty in getting a gas bottle due to the shortage of bottles and not having a bottle to exchange.”

“It took some time to put together but it is an excellent product, I assembled without the flame tamer and installed an old lava basket which I had saved from our old Outback BBQ. At the moment new lava baskets are out of stock with all suppliers. The new BBQ works fantastic and I would highly recommend it, also recommend buying a cover if you store it outside - Happy customer”

“Despite good weather haven’t used it yet as a small part is missing and Thermostat doesn’t fit properly. If the spare part doesn’t arrive and the I’ll fitting thermostat sorted out soon, we will be returning the BBQ.”

“Excellent product. Reasonably easy to put together, instructions could be clearer. Could not get a 13kg cyclinder, as valid have stopped issuing them! But able to adapt to 6kg propane cylinder calor. Now have an excellent barbecue we have used for steaks, whole chicken, paella and variety of other meals.”
