“Bought a portable heater in case of power cuts etc during current fuel crisis. Model bought was a fancy glass fronted unit with a manual 'click' spark ignition. Looked good but never lit easily, proved to be a real chore! Moved on and purchased this heater which is remarkable. Lights first time every time via electronic piezo ignition, looks great with coal effect which adds to the heat output. Fantastic portable heater, thouroughly recommend.”

“Purchased this to help with rising energy bills. Gives out a good heat on the lowest setting . Placed at the bottom of the stairs so heat rises up and through the house. I have a three bedroom semi detached built in 2005 so although reasonably insulated it still needs heat .”

“I bought this calor gas fire after another fire I bought from another company wouldn't ignite. This fire was easy to set up, the gas bottle is very secure. I can move it freely across my carpet and laminate flooring. It warms the whole room very quickly. I usually have mine on the first setting. It is an excellent purchase as the weather has turned colder and we are living in a cost of living crisis. I would highly recommend people purchase this fire.”
