“The product is great and would highly recommend, however, what has let the company down is the person who did the delivery. He refused to drive into our driveway and left the delivery at the end of our neighbours driveway which we share with them but our gate is at the end of the driveway. He did not care that it was a lady house sitting for us who had to try and drag a pallet and the item down the driveway and into our property. There is ample space for a van to turn in the property or at least he could have reversed the van to the gate. It is really a poor service which has really let your company down.”

“Lovey fire!... looks the part and is very well made , the heat is perfect and makes the room nice and toasty in no time at all . Just wish the flames were more noticeable and looked like the promotional video .. it’s better in the dark as you get the reflection from the steel plate behind the burner . Bought it for the heat and not the look of the flame and I’m happy”
