“The stove looks great sturdy and expensive... Great value for money and alternative to a stove. My only concern is I have used 3 times so far as testing due to summer.. The 2nd use to took along time before could turn temp button to highest it kept cutting out so seems you have to leave at lowest heat for a while before adjusting.. The 3rd... Tonight! It took many attempts to keep fire alight after ignition even after holding ignition down for 4 mins... And my arm was getting hot.. I goggled trouble shooting and it suggested blowing as may be dust particles.. I did this and seemed to work but slight worry on such a new product.. The heat is amazing... My room measurements suggest min 5kw it this stove at 3 kW seems very capable of heating the room.. And beware when ordering out if N Ireland.. It say 3-4 working days so I ordered Monday and kept Thursday and Friday free... I tacked the parcel and it was out for delivery Wednesday when I was not available so had to cancel things to accept delivery... And it is curb side only.. But over all would definitely recommend.”

“Haven’t used this yet as it’s going in my new conservatory that’s not quite finished yet but it is a beautiful looking fire ( my sister in law has one and I’m always admiring it ) now I have my own ready for those cosy nights ... can’t wait . It arrived very quickly and was packed extremely well the price was very reasonable too.”
