“I save energy by controlling radiators individually and used the i30, which is designed for vertical radiator valves but I found the i35, which is designed for horizontal radiator valves, to be more reliable and still easy to read and set so I use nothing else now. Typical battery life is about 18 months and the first sign of battery run-down, if you don't notice the small icon on the screen, is that they fail to shut off and the radiator stays on. Also the text on the screen starts to dim which, ironically, makes the warning icon hard to see! Best on the market though.”

“Great for being able to have the heating on at home, but save money by not heating every room. Seems like the conversion pieces were missing from the pack - but I still had mine from last time. yes my old ones did break - the grip bits tend to fail after a while.”
