“This product is a really good product, we had the high pressure version for many years and needed a low pressure bbq it was an easy decision for us to purchase this item, The only difference is that the legs are made of plastic and not metal put the construction is very very well built”

“Only gave 3 due to the spark not working to light the gas had to find a lighter to do it see video. Cooked enough food for family of 4”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We have emailed you a PDF showing you how to adjust the ignitor in this BBQ to ensure it is operating correctly. If this does not help resolve it, please reply to our email, and we can arrange for a replacement ignition to be supplied.
