“Great piece of equipment. We bought ours after a friend returned from South Africa and showed us his Scottel Braai. Told us what he cooks on his and also how simple they are to use. He has even cooked "fish and chips" on his Braai. Easy to assemble, easy to use. I wasn't sure how to pack it down into the storage/carry bag, as there are no instructions or pictures. I have bought the grill plate (optional extra) for BBQ, but I haven't tried it yet.”
