“The tester comes with manufacturer supplied brass inserts for copper pipe. The inserts are too small for UK 10mm pipe at 0.7 wall thickness. Nowhere in the instructions does it specify the required pipe wall thickness.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are sorry to hear about the issue with the inserts. The manufacturer classes them as 10mm inserts to be used with 10mm copper pipe
