“Having not used a gas stove before was a bit unsure of how much we would actually get cooked on this stove. But it worked like a charm we cooked more meals than we initially thought we would, one of the best purchases for our camping weekend. Although it was windy where we were this stove was able to get our water boiling and meals cooked in good time, I believe it is thanks to the design and the xcelerate technology. The only thing we couldn't get to work was the toaster otherwise it would get 5 stars!”

“Does what it should. Toaster is a bit weak/slow but the twin hob is great. Fast and good windshields, never blew out once. Uses very little gas. I cooked for 3 including breakfasts for 5 days and the gauge on the 5kg gas bottle was still on maximum”

“The 400ST Double Burner unit has good pan holders which also act as a windbreak, and is reasonably efficient for boiling a pan. The toaster is strictly a single slice unit in spite of the image shown. We haven`t used it so no idea how good it is for grilling. It is easy to set up, but note that the front and rear legs have different fixings. To close the unit you lift up the front of the burner which allows it to collapse into the carrier. This is not explained in the instruction manual. Also the locking system is quite fiddly and the carrying handle is badly designed as the handle has sharp edges.”

“It's okay for the price the ignition button is very hard to push in to ignite the rings, the toaster underneath did not want to ignite at all and took several attempts to do so. Might be just because it's new but time will tell. Nice and sturdy design and easy to set up.”
