“This is not a 3 ring burner as the image would lead one to believe. It is a 2 ring burner with the outer ring being split in two halfs, a right side and a left side. If I had appreciated this I would not have made the purchase, but it is not enough of a problem to return it. Output not a good as I had hoped, but this may be due to limitations of the gas supply.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. The product is not advertised as a three-ring burner. It is a triple-burner, confirming the fact that it consists of three burners, not three rings. This is also shown on the picture of the product on the website.

“This is a brilliant burner.. it really kicks out the heat.. my one slight quibble was that I assumed that the triple jet control would be circular not side to side but I’ll live with that 9.9/10”

“Excellent product only used it a couple of times so far. Solid well built. Only issue, had a little bit of the packaging polystyrene in the gas intake which was tricky to remove, other than that would highly recommend.”
