“Although I gave this 5 Stars, when received, the safety facility on two, of the three taps, did not function. This, I resolved, by dismantling the tap (Very easy) and stretching the springs, to give them a bit more pressure. Also, the burners, did not light very well, as the holes, were blocked, by manufacturing oil, or something. As I said, I gave it 5 stars, as it is a well made, heavy, robust, burner, that now works very well, and gives out a lot of heat. After reporting these faults to the Co., they were very good at giving me a small refund for my time, and effort, "Well done"!”

“Very pleased with this burner. Very powerful. Made more powerful by adding folding wind-shield (actually had to turn down gas as almost too hot!). Separately purchased Wok pot stand fits perfectly. Very pleased.”
