“Good product, but unfortunately in the small print it states the product is for external use only. I used the product to replace a similar unit in the gas locker of an A class Hymer that was over 20 years old , but the statement was concerning”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. The changeover you purchased is a 37mbar changeover. The product description states the regulator is for residential, commercial, and outdoor applications. 37mbar regulators should not be used in vehicles. Regulators in vehicles should be 30mbar. If customers are unsure which product they require or what would be suitable, we advise them to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Hi Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. The product is not advertised as having a 1/2" outlet. We advise all customers to check the specification tab of a product before ordering to ensure they order the correct part. The specification tab on the product you ordered clearly states the outlet connection is 3/8" BSP female.
