“The hose was so short it was impossible to use even though its a good quality hose. Next time give the buyer chose to the length they want.”

Thank you for your feedback. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. Unfortunately, you have only selected quantity one when ordering which is one metre, if you had changed the quantity to two or three you would have received two or three metres as explained on the website.
