“The Tech Service man at Kane requested the return of the Kane 77 instrument to Hamilton Gas Products because it was faulty, none of the pass/fail lights worked on it which, according to Kane, could also have meant the accuracy of readings may be inaccurate as well, he also added that they had stock of these instruments, however, I later learned from Hamilton this was not the case and a refund would be in order upon receipt of the faulty one. I cannot find a refund at this time. GH”
