“The item purchased..... material flimsy ie: easy to bend on moving product around and do not really like the way the bottle of gas sits... ie: not easy to move around.... for the price... it does the job.... It was slightly dented on delivery (hard to see) probably down to above reason.”

“The Gas Fire unit was faulty on delivery, would not stay burning once the Pilot Light was switched off. The unit got returned via Courier, but to date no resolution has been found with Hamilton Gas”

Please be aware that our terms and conditions state we have 15 working days to get faulty items back and tested and I can see one of our customer service team did contact you and the refund was passed.

“Heater ok but lightly built. Creams. Bends ,especially when pulled across carpet. Piezo ignition awful, but lights perfect c try with match near pilot light. Flame of this should face more into burner. Burner often ignites ,not pilot light. In short, does job well may be worth paying more for a more solid product.”
