“We have been using the Kingavon for over a week now. It is easy to set up with clear instructions. Once started, it warms up room (highest position) in minutes - even our freezing conservatory. Once the fire is stable, it can be turned down to the second or lowest setting. With a 15 Kg cylinder, we do not yet know how long it will last. The only thing to note is the plate on which the Carlor Gas cylinder sits in not "thick steel" - given the price of the product. Hence it is not easy to move heater when Gas Cylinder is installed. A small price to pay - as we usually keep it in one location.”

“There was a problem with the first heater not working. The company arranged to get the heater picked up. A new heater was then delivered and is in full working order. The company were very helpful during this process and I did not need to pay any additional costs.”
