“The heater ignitor was broken, although after speaking to a customer services person. I cut the damaged piece off and placed it into the spike. It now works. However the control for the variable flow control only turns on the gas bar at just before 2 and turns off at same level. It does not give variable control to lower levels. The video included demonstrates this. This is not a cheap item and I am disappointed with the product overall...”

“Easy to set up, running at zero to take chill off in bubble wrapped greenhouse 8x14 and seems to be effective. Not sure how efficient for gas usage as gas bottle was partly used.”
