“Very good when they work. The bearings seem to seize after about 3 years and the manufacturer suggests servicing. However no replacement bearings are made available by the manufacturer to do this- I have tried contacting them but not response to email”

“Great product for the price. Would be better if it had more detailed fitting instructions & possible accessories (e.g. how do you make it seal properly against a chimney that is smaller than the max it can take). For now I've accepted that it's not working optimally until I get find the right accessory & get back on the roof. Delivery & communication was great too.”
