“Good paellas from València and quick delivery. Some tips from a Valencian: the number of portions you will get is inferior to what it says. You could make 14 portions with this 50cm paella, but they will be quite small, like tapas. Being realistic, a 50cm paella serves 6/7 meal portions; cover it with a bit of oil once you have washed and dried it so it doesn't rust. Never put chorizo on it, it's a sacrilege.”
