“We were pinning all our hopes on this expensive to buy cowl for a family with no income and 100% reliant on our wood burner in a wind area ...sadly it is not stopping the down draft when the wind is strong and we are a bit gutted as it’s our only heat source literally and most the winter ahead of us”
