“Of the three tankless water heaters currently on the UK market, this seems by far the best built. My fitters had not installed a Rinnai before but were impressed. The only small hitch was that there has been a modification to one of the components of the flue but the instructions still show the older design. We installed it with an auxiliary flushing circuit & valves so that it can be independently flushed through annually to remove any limescale build-up. Hamilton Gas Products had the best price for the Rinnai 17i at the time of our purchase.”

“Good water heater. Only some fittings to go with the pipes under the boiler are not provided. So I had to drive Few miles in the busy traffic to buy them. If you provide them, that would be very helpful for the installer. Also a template for the flue is not provided, nor your installation instructions are clear. That would make installers life much easier.”

“This is my second Rinnai in 12 years. I find it efficient, affordable, and utterly reliable. I bought the 17i because it was reasonably priced and more environmentally friendly than my 16i. The latter I donated to a local charity.”
