“The product was wonderful! We loved our mug! The shipping was complicated. I didn’t receive my mug on time and when I contacted customer service, they said I had entered my address incorrectly, when in fact it was their error in shipping. They said I would have to pay shipping back to the company and back to me again, but upon realizing their error, they didn’t charge extra and expedited shipping. I ordered it on Memorial Day for a Father’s Day gift and received it the day after. The wait time was a little tough but the product was fantastic!!”

“I received my package, and before I even open it I can hear that the mug is shattered. I open the package hoping it's just something extra moving around but it isn't. There is no bubble wrap or any protective packaging around the mug. The box doesn't even say fragile. I emailed a company and got a response the next day they said they are working on it and will send out another mug. I'm still waiting so we will see. I hope they do send it out because it looked beautiful and everything was correct on it.”
