“The quality of the mug and the timeliness of the shipment is excellent. BUT...I ordered 3 mugs. The mugs I ordered were exactly the same design with the difference of having the position of each person/horse rotate. When ordering, the cart would show the most current mug I was designing & I thought it was changing the mug each time. When it came time to review my order, it didn’t show the 3 people/horses but showed 2 & the verse was totally different. I immediately emailed the company & explained that I was concerned my order may not be correct and to please contact me. Needless to say that didn’t happen. I received my order quickly but unfortunately it was incorrect. 2 of the mugs were exactly the same. At least it had the same 3 people /horses I had chosen, but the positioning was incorrect. And they did get the correct saying. I spent $89.96 on these mugs. I contacted the company (by email, no phone # given) and explained my problem and how their site is confusing because it doesn’t show the Correct design you made for each mug....just the last mug. After several emails back & forth, they were kind enough to offer me a 30% off to order the mug again. I had to wait a week for a paycheck to reorder and now when I go on their site, the mug with the verse I used is no longer available! While I do love the quality of this item; I’m disappointed that the site is confusing when using and even after getting a discount, I can’t re-order the original mug design. These mugs were to be a gift from a special trip we all took together.”
