“The ordering process went well, however when it arrived the script on the bottom has a boo boo. I had placed a heart after the last name. I didn't know if you would place it on the ornament. Instead of a ❤ you placed a ?. This will not be able to be given as a gift that way. Do I have to order and pay for a new one. Or can a new one be sent out.”
