“The one issue we had was that the international service was not turned on. This meant extra effort on our part to get everything to work. Otherwise, the value is fantastic and since the international service has been turned on, we are super happy.”

“I gave my daughter my old iPhone 7 and I was able to bring it to Gen mobile and put her on the $10 plan. It’s super affordable and it has 1GB of data which is great because it limits her data usage. Great customer service!”

“Saved my dad money for switching to GenMobile since he only use his phone now and then. He is paying 1/3 of what he was charged before. Now we have peace of mind that he is reachable and not having to overpaid.”

“This is working wonderfully. I have been in other month to month companies, but so far nothing compares with Gen Mobile. I am using it to make local phone calls as well as a few international calls and it is working great. I was also able to choose a phone number from the State I wanted, which is great as it makes me feel at home. On the top of that, I have experienced, both on the phone and through Chat, EXCELLENT costumer service. They did not give up until my small issue was solved. I very much appreciate this phone provider. Thanks!!”
