“The awning was missing parts on delivery. They tried to make it right but never did. I bought another awning on Amazon at a better price and better product. Trashed the one from General.”

“I am no expert on awnings, however twice I have purchased and installed over door wanings from this firm The awnings are of good quality for fit and finish. Well-engineered and the kits assemble really quite easily once you are in the groove. Real good product and the price point seems very fair.”

“With our side door facing east, the sun always made the door very hot in the mornings and when it rained we were standing outside till we got the door unlocked. Ths awning solved the problem of the rain and it helps keep the door cooler because the shadow covers the door much sooner.”
