“it looks great. Its a success to reduce the west wall heat that comes into bedroom #3, the sewing room. It has stayed secure during pathetic New Mexico winds across my back porth. I want another for the south wall.”

“Everything about this awning is excellent with one exception. The diameter of the bolts holding the lower awning legs to the house are so much smaller than the arms that in a wind storm the resulting noise makes it impossible to sleep in the room: It sounds like the wind is ripping the trim off the side of house (it is not). I had to remove the gromet from the awning, drill a larger hole in the brackets and install stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers, securely tightenting the arms in the brackets. A very odd oversight consider the superior quality of the awning and frame material.”
