“The material construction of the awning was fine, but I felt that the details of window width and the placement of the brakets was confusing in the ordering process. The angled brackets are set further out than the size of the awning I ordered so that I had to create new "landing pads" for them in order to not be halfway on the edge of the window surround. I did it and it works OK, but that was frustrating. Be sure you understand both the size of the awning and the placement of the brackets when ordering.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, Just wanted to thank you, the rollup aluminium awning arrived in Sydney and we put it up that day. We were unable to get an Aluminium Rollup Awning here in Australia to replace the one that was on the house when we purchased it 26 years ago. They used to be all the go 50 years ago but I guess they were lasting too long or we simply went off shore for such things and got what the bean counters determined. When we threw the old one away we thought it would be no problem to replace it, boy were we wrong. when searching for a new one we were continually given the answer , "yep, I remember those, they don't make em anymore" The goto here seems to be the canvas ones, of course in our conditions you get about 5 years out of one before the mould sets in, the sun bleaches the colour out of the canvas it and it starts to fall apart. Good for a business that replace them but not so for the customer. Once again thank you for efforts, the staff we dealt with over the phone were so helpful in explaining our options given you only deliver to addresses in the Continental United States. Once one of our friends gave us the address of a freight forwarding company he uses in the USA, it was all systems go. “Needed a large size awning for my picture window in the dining room. In the summertime, there was much sun shining right into the exposed window creating more heat in the house. Chose this 5500 series in the grey/white color and just love it. I had my handyman install it and he did it in no time. There is a definite difference now to shade the room.”

“high quality awning, with a nice price. i bought a 90” awning. before i ordered on the web site instructions, i had to follow there easy to understand directions on the measurements they will need to get me the correct length and drop of the awning. very easy to install the awning.”
