The Austin Standing Seam Awning features a popular modern design suitable for both residential and commercial applications. Its pitch is adjustable during, or after, installation due to a proprietary hinged attachment system. It is easy to remove and reinstall if necessary, and requires no maintenance. Snap-Lock standing seam steel panels with Galvalume® substrate and Kynar® paint finish. 20-year limited warranty on panel finish (limitations apply for salty environments). Commercial-grade construction to resist high wind and snow loads. May be folded down in the event of severe weather or to allow access to the area above the awning. Aluminum frame and support arms with clear anodized finish will never rust. Top flashing includes a caulking groove to seal the awning against the wall. Open sides provide for reduced wind resistance. Stainless steel assembly hardware. Concealed roof panel fasteners for improved weather resistance and aesthetics. “As a builder, I was looking for a metal awning solution to improve the front elevation by breaking up a tall wall. The awning between the two windows provided an great and reasonably priced solution and has the benefit of providing needed shade for a kitchen window without obstructing the view from looking outside from the kitchen. The quality was great, the assembly was simply if you're a carpenture or a DIY'er with some know how. The product took about 3 weeks to ship. The only improvement would be more shipping and tracking information so I had a better idea when it would arrive.”

“One major complaint from me, is that only the top of the awning is painted. That should be specified in detail for customers to understand. May I suggest that as an option a customer could order awnings painted top and bottom as well as the mounting hardware. Judd Brown”

“I have purchased and installed 4 of these. I’ll probably get a couple more this summer. They are great quality and accurately fitted and drilled for installation. A few extra screws for sheet metal would help when I drop them in the grass and other places making them hard to find.”
