“The biggest problem I had is with your poorly written instructions. It was as if it was a curory reference for people who work for you and were well familiar with the product already...not for anyone who has never assembled it before.
There were many steps that were not clearly explained or explained at all. The instructions were also photocopied and the pictures were so grainy they were hard to see clearly. The price was overly expensive to begin with. Certainly you have plenty of money to have included professionally printed instructions. Parts of it kept wanting to pop out of place before we finally got it installed. And the anchor screws that were included were way too short to adequately secure the awning to the house so we had to find and purchase these ourselves. In the end it looks good, but we had to figure out many things ourselves that were not covered in the instructions to make it work.”
