“They are a good product. Plus they look very good. I am happy with the Awnings and the company was very good to work with, but it is not what I had in mind. Contractor talked me into them because he did not want to do what I wanted. So they are quite good as a substitute for me.”

“This is my second order and installation so obviously I was happy with the first two. They are easy to install, come in many sizes and colors and cleared up our sun glare issue. Customer service was excellent when we had pre-order questions. I have recommended them to my friends and receive compliments from visitors”

“I ordered a 9’ black panorama awning. When my handyman unpacked it he saw that that a bracket was missing. When I called General awning he said I should have ordered it, and it was going to cost me another $125 to get it, he also said if I had ordered it at the beginning it wouldn’t have cost me anything. The directions that came with the awning said any awning 8’ or longer needs this bracket, they should have automatically included it. Also there 4 bent slats. I called and spoke to the manager about all this he said take a picture and they would replace the bent ones. Too late it’s already installed. Plus the screws were inferior. I would not recommend this company!!”
