“Nice and attractive door awnings. Some parts where shipped in different color and to get the correct color took some time to recieve but my customer was understanding. Only complain was that when my customer requested addtional units product color was discontinued.”

“The canopies are good, however, our experience with the Customer Service or Fulfillment Department was a VERY SAD experience. Delivery finally occurred THREE MONTHS AFTER THE PROMISE DATE. We were told that the goods were "at the dock" in Georgia and it turned out that they were not even in production in China. Out of a total order of nine (9) canopies, we were told that we will receive three (3) up front and the rest as a follow-on, however, we only received two (2) without any explanation. While waiting for the remaining seven (7) we were given contradictory confusing information. We were told that management has authorized some kind of monetary compensation for our miserable experience and...nothing...not even an email with some kind of tracking information. The final seven canopies just showed up and no communication from the company...None...!!! Raphael Blum, 786-251-4392”
