Battery life not what I was expecting 4 to 6 hours on standby and video taking I have not took the time to email support about this problem yet
For the money I paid for this body cam I would rate it 5 x 5 Stars

“I couldn't be happier. The body camera is exceptional and as an armed Security Officer and having to buy my own gear the price is perfect. The very first night while on patrol I was involved in an Insident where a suspect said he had done nothing and accused me of illegal action but the video was so clear and the audio so crisp that once the suspect observed the video he admitted to his actions. Every Security Officer needs to purchase this item. The only suggestion I can offer is to make the instructions in bigger print.”
“so far so good. video works good, audio only really gets me or someone right next to me talking but not if they are more than 5 feet away. As long as it keeps working im happy with it.”
