Great phone for my elderly grandpa! He is 76 and struggles with remembering how I explained to him how to work my phone. Because of this, I opted to trading in his cheap smart phone I bought to a less complicated one. Thus, this phone comes into play. This phone fit the need and works amazingly well, it is specifically designed for seniority people since it has a locking keyboard, big buttons, a button to instantly turn on the lamp, and a button on the back that serves as an SOS signal! The quality of the phone is real nice, doesn't feel too cheap and seems to be able to survive drops. The lamp helps my grandpa a lot when outside at night time or going to the restroom. The most stand out feature I feel is the SOS button. Its on the back and seems to be placed in a spot were it most probably won't be pressed accidentally. When you press it, it will count down. you can cancel the SOS by pressing the hang up button, however when the SOS is in motion, it will alert the 8 people registered on his phone and let them know of the potential danger my grandpa could be! Older family shouldn't ever be left alone, however times occur when this has to happen. When it does, im at ease knowing my grandpa can press the button and alert us so we can go check up on him and come to his aid. The phone comes with a charging dock which is unnecessary but a nice added touch. The phone is modern with MP3 player, radio, call log, phone book, alarm and settings. I hooked it up to my Tmobile family bill after adding a line. Works like a charm!

Great brick cell phone for calling and texting. I got this for my grandma as she has a hard time with the touch screen phones. This was a great phone for her as it has big numbers and is easy to use. Battery life is phenomenal compared to a smart phone and can pretty much last you a week or so. This is also great for traveling as it's unlocked and universal. You can use 2 sim cards at once and also have the option of installing an sd card. The charging cradle is so comfortable!

Got this for my sister who is disabled with R Arthritis. She can easily use the keys, they are big enough and the phone is small enough without being too small for her to handle. The screen is bright and big enough for her to see. Great for the price!!

I have found this phone to be a miracle worker. My senior friend is opposed to having a cell phone, her entire family has tried as have I for several years for her to carry one. She says it's not the cost but that she simply refuses. Personally if it's not the cost it must be the technology in my mind. Upon my explaining my concerns with her being disconnected and telling her of this phone, the features and SOS button, she caved and agreed. I couldn't be happier. She is a single female on her own who is quite active but suffers from ill health. She has now become independent in the modern world.

This cellphone has worked perfectly for what I needed it for. Please be aware that this phone is only compatible with 2G GSM carriers. I like these non smart phones, the battery life is great. They can be on stand-by for days. I like that. My smartphone needs to be charged daily. The phone is lightweight and small and comfortable to handle. The buttons have a nice feedback, and the material is decent. Doesn't feel cheap. I love the dual sim that's one of the main reason I purchased it, I like being able to use both my services on one device. Call quality seemed good, could hear them clearly, and they could hear me clearly. Haven't tried the SOS feature, but it's nice to have. I do love the FM radio though, would of been nice to have during hurricane Irma. Without power for a week gets really boring. Great little phone for $70 bucks. Don't expect tons of features, or anything like that. But for a basic phone it's fantastic. It even has a little flashlight which is neat. Good if you need to see unlocking the door or something like that. Overall satisfied with the product for the price. No complaints, no issues, would recommend for sure.

I like a lot of things about this phone. I love that it has a cradle. For a senior phone, that is a smart move. The menu functions work well, and remind me of the older cell phones I used to have. The description says can play FM radio through loudspeaker, but I can only get it to work through headphones, which makes sense since most dual sim phones use the headphones as an antenna. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Everything else is great. Flashlight is easy to use, with a slider switch on the side that is easy to maneuver. The menu is set up easy to use. The SOS is easy to set, which gets your emergency contact accessible. Hold the button down, an alarm sounds for 5 seconds (to make sure you didn't just bump the button) then calls your SOS contact. A feature I wish my grandmother had when she fell. For a simple, easy to use cell phone with important features for the elderly
