“Now that I think about it, maybe that's because they are 32" (I lost a few inches this year). Maybe I should take it as a complement. If you don't already have them, get you a pair of plate and a pair of base pants and give those combo pants to a rookie umpire. You'll look much better on the bases and more comfortable behind the plate.”
