Hi Jim- Thanks for your review. The blue fabric in the neck isn't just an accent color, it is our FNX fabric that plays a practical purpose for individuals who prefer not to wear a baselayer. The FNX fabric is a polyester/nylon that helps lower ambient temperature and wicks moisture even faster than our BFX fabric while offering a cooling effect as well. “I really like the improved collar. A little surprised that the 3 buttons are a soft "rubbery" material and not hard plastic, makes buttoning onto a hanger time consuming.”
