“I was unfortunate enough to order an iPad when the country was still coming to grips with Brexit, so a delivery time ended up at almost four weeks. However, when the iPad arrived it was perfect, one very happy wife. GetTach did let me know on a weekly basis as to the status of the order.”

“Very happy with my Get Tech purchase, my only complaint was if you register account after purchasing an item it will not recognize your item has been processed so you can't track parcel, apart from that issue I'd definitely use them in the future”

“Iphone 8 Plus ordered for my wife as a gift. Phone was in perfect physical condition and delivered quickly . However the phone appeared to have a software issue when powered up and displayed fault with touch pad .Get Tech Support replied quickly when contacted and phone had to be returned. After about a week and several emails to Support I received a new phone in perfect condition and working order. Overall impression was very satisfactory service.”

“The phone feels and does look brand new. The phone has performed really well and was definitely worth the purchase. The issue I have is that there is a small deep scratch in the top right of the phone by the camera it is small but noticeable. I would expect something like this by buying a second hand phone so it hasn't upset me about the purchase at all”

“Very reliable service I bought a IPhone 6s with added memory. The phone arrived about 5 days later and looked like a new phone. Great service my daughter also bought an iPhone 11 which was a bargain. I now intend to buy a phone for my wife who dropped her phone down WC. IF YOU DO NOT REQUIRE THE VERY LATEST GADGET REFURBISHED PHONES ARE WAY TO GO.”

“Bought 3 phones one had a faulty battery the company service team told me to send it to be repaired..first they tell me it’ll cost €89 to repair battery and €24 for screen which there was no problem with.ive had to pay postage of €12 to have it returned to me as I have no faith in company fixing the original problem.#BUYERS BEWARE”

Hi Bernadette, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortuntely when you returned the device to us, your battery warranty had already run out, which is why there would have been a charge for this repair. The screen on your device had also incurred damage. We had offered a deal price of €39 for the battery replacement also but you opted to have the device returned to you unrepaired. In such cases where the warranty has run out or been voided, and no repair was carried out, we do ask the customer to cover the postage fee. I'd like to thank you for your feedback and your time.
