“Can hardly wait to see how the PM product works. I take a dose at 10pm and have another set of meds for 11. I have the alarm set to make sure I'm awake at 11. Lately I've been more active during the day and have started waking up after the alarm has long gone off. I feel like such a jerk when it happens. It has been taking me an hour before I can fall asleep. I may have to rethink this process as sleep is happening ro quickly and way to soundly. May have to change everything to 11. As I'm sure you know, if you go too sleep to early getting til morning or at least a reasonable hour is a real trick. Hard to start your day at three in the morning...lol ......Harriet”
