“The extra slats purchased are fine: very well made and fit for purpose. The courier (FedEx) delivered one day later than expected, the estimated delivery time changing many times (like moving goal posts). On my previous order, FedEx managed to separate one of the three boxes and this caused great consternation. Why on earth do you rely on FedEx for your deliveries? It reflects badly on your firm and gets the client relationship off on the wrong footing.”
