“Very solid almost too heavy to easily pull in and out from under the bed, assembly instructions terrible and unhelpful, positioning of predrilled holes poor and very basic screws used. Sturdy but not sure they are worth the price”

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment you encountered with the quality of the drawer for under the bed. We understand that encountering incorrect length of wood pieces made the assembly process quite difficult and the instructions were not as clear as they should have been. Furthermore, we are sorry to hear about the lacking number of screws provided. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and understand your frustration. The Customer Service team will request images and measurements from you to be able to assist you and accurately record errors so that the Production QC team can be made aware. If you do wish to have this rectified please do follow the Customer Service teams advice, they are more than happy to assist you with replacement parts for your under bed storage draw.
