Good Afternoon, Thank you for your recent review. We are very sorry to hear that you have received something you were not expecting. I can see that you are in contact with the Technical Supervisor and they have explained that there has been an error with the measurements on the guest bed legs and they have been made too tall there for making the space between the two beds smaller than normal. There is nothing incorrect in regards to the mattress. The size of the mattress and the need to customise the top bed was discussed fully at point of sale, we can provide the calls for you if you wish to listen to as all calls are recorded for training purposes. We have offered a full explanation and apology for the mistake and are organising replacement parts to be sent out to you. This is certainly not what we would like for our customers and we of course want to put the mistake right for you.
