“I was referred by my friend to get laid beds, and I have seen it in their house and loved it. And I too ordered one without visiting the showroom through their website. I got the product on time and loved it. Only after a closer inspection found out that one of the screws was drilled out of the bed frame and the bed was squeaking a lot from the side frames. Then I had that reported and was promptly fixed by the get-laid team. But even after the fix, the squeaking noise didn't go but rather increased. This is annoying as I love the bed, and it is perfect for our house. I'm sad, that I had to return to bed soon as we are unable to move around without making that horrifying noise from the sideboards. I hope the team fixes such issues on future orders and wish them the best of luck.”

“The ottoman bed is perfect for us. We ordered the king-size bed frame and the space underneath is great. The mechanisms they use for the bed to lift up, are incredibly strong which adds to the quality of the bed. All in all, we are extremely happy with our new bed!”

“terrible tolerances on the bed, very poor instructions with no labelling on any of the parts. Parts missing. guesswork to construct compared with a bed of the same style from Dreams better quality can be found elsewhere for the same sort of price. we went with this because of the look but was not worth it.”

“---Delivery--- 2/5 I ordered the ottoman bed without white glove delivery to avoid an additional month for delivery in my area. I had to wait for the courier for 5 hours as per the slot given. The courier only delivered 1 package over 7 without explanations. Then an hour later 6 packages got delivered by another van. Very confusing --Assembly-- 2/5 Thankfully hobbyist woodworker otherwise I would have struggled. It took me and my partner 4 hours to assemble. The drawings are not exact or some are missing (piston assembly). I strongly recommend a mallet, a powered and manual screwdriver, a wrench, and a measuring tape. The piston assembly was the most painful without clear instructions. The inventory was difficult, none of the srcews counts matched. The assembly was so cumbersome that I will not have to disassemble this bed anytime soon. -- bed -- 3/5 Just about OK, the pine is soft, can be prone to scratches, I regret not going for harder wood. This is an expensive bed for a pine bed. The wooden frame is wobbly when lifted, it does not inspire solidiy. It is pleasing esthetically.”

“Excellent quality overall. The panels are real wood and you can tell the difference from similar looking beds that you can buy for half the money. Fit and finish is excellent as well so definitely worth the premium. we were expecting the opening to the under bed storage to be a bit bigger but it is not an issue. The instructions are ok but overall not as clear as I’d expect as the drawings are not detailed enough. Fitting the lifting mechanism and struts was a bit tricky since there aren’t any markings on where exactly things attach on the bed’s side panels. You can work around it and figure it out, but definitely takes longer. We got the head and footboard pre-assembled, but we could have done so ourselves as it didn’t seem that complicated. Finally, all the screws, bolts, biscuits etc. came in two clear bags, all mixed together. That meant you need to measure screws before using them (e.g. there are 30mm and 35mm screws) as you don’t want pick the wrong ones and damage any panels.”
