Hi Rodney, clarity on dosage, is, unfortunately, a struggle for all aiming to use CBD to help with pain and other ailments. Be sure to shake the bottle before use. There isn't enough research to know who should be taking what which leaves it up to the customer to determine which amount works for their body.
Our recommendation is to always start off with a 1/2 dropper and then scale up from there if needed. This will allow you to safely determine which dosage works in harmony with your system.

“The only reason I am giving the four stars is because of my limited time with the product. So far, though, everything has been great. The flavor is a bit strong at first--it taste like cannabis--but you do get used to it. I would recommend putting a few drops in coffee or tea if you can't handle the taste.
