All products must be unwrapped immediately of the transit plastic packaging on arrival, failure to do so will cause damage to the surface of your product. Damage to the painted or bare metal surface can occur due to water penetrating the surface from not allowing water to run freely or evaporate. Any trapped water between the plastic transit packaging and the planter will cause a discolored and uneven surface. Any products with this damage will not be covered under the warranty or damage replacement.
