The product is exceptionally sturdy and beautifully designed. Although it's larger than I initially expected, it makes a stunning addition to my terrace. I also purchased the wheeled base, thinking it would allow me to easily move the umbrella around. However, once the base is filled with water or sand, it becomes far too heavy to move, rendering the wheels somewhat pointless.
The LED lights powered by the solar panel on top work well, though they aren't quite as bright as I would have liked for dining under the umbrella. However, they do create a warm, cozy atmosphere that I enjoy. The handle used to open the umbrella feels solid, but it does tend to get stuck occasionally.
Customer service, particularly my interactions with Nadia, has been responsive and helpful. While the product is on the pricier side, I'm overall quite satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend it to others, especially if you're looking for something both durable and visually appealing.”
